Shipping, Returns and Refunds Policy
Shipping Policy:
We are pleased to offer Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders.
The estimated delivery time is usually 5-20 business days, depending on the destination and shipping method chosen.
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

We will send a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Returns & Refunds Policy:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it under the following conditions:

You may return the product within 14 days of delivery.
The product must be unused, undamaged and in a resalable condition to receive a refund.

Items must be returned in their original packaging and accessories (unless otherwise stated).

Opened items may be returned as long as they are in their original packaging.

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order before it has shipped for free.
Orders cancelled after shipping and returned to our warehouse will incur a 10% cancellation fee to cover processing and payment handling costs.
The cancellation fee will be deducted from the total refund.
Return Shipping:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., the item is incorrect or defective).
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
